I am a qualified Pilates & Fitness Instructor who has a passion for keeping exercise fun and motivational! I offer cardio workouts which help to burn those excess calories and improve your overall cardiovascular fitness and I also teach Modern Pilates which is an amazing form of Pilates teaching. It's designed to improve your overall core strength, flexibility and mobility. Modern Pilates can hel

p individuals with back problems, hip, joint and pelvic problems as well as improving your overall posture. I teach at Dowson Primary Monday & Thursday evenings 7-9pm
I teach at Holy Trinity Church Pilates 10am- 11am

I thought I would never be able to lose that baby weight, but by discovering my passion of fitness classes and perseverance this has changed! I believe exercise classes should not only help you lose weight, tone and improve your fitness level, they should be fun, enjoyable and not mundane! My classes are catered to all levels of fitness and I can tailor this to you! Gee Cross is a community I am proud of being part of. My goal is to help the community of Gee Cross to get fitter, happier and more confident in themselves!

Apparently we’ve all decided to audition for the world’s longest paper chain… 🤣🩷

Arms out, wobbling slightly, trying not to drop the ball or fall over while I convince everyone this is all part of improving balance, posture and centering! 😆

The truth is, Pilates isn’t always graceful. Sometimes it’s shaky legs, concentration faces and wondering why one tiny movement feels so hard! But that’s where the magic happens. ☺️🧘‍♀️💖

Every week these fabulous ladies show up, work hard, laugh lots and leave feeling stronger than when they arrived. 💖

So here’s to better balance, better posture and becoming a slightly more coordinated paper chain every week! 😂💖
