UMCC is a club for all abilities and interests whether you like riding up and/or down mountains, fancy yourself as the next Chris Hoy or Mark Cavendish, want to commute to Uni/Work or simply want to get a bit fitter WE CAN GUARANTEE WE'VE GOT SOMETHING GOING ON TO GET YOUR WHEELS ROLLING! (check out club info for discipline specific details)

We take full advantage of our local terrain with weekly

MTB rides in the Peak District and Wales; road rides through Chesire and Manchester and regular visits to the National Cycling Centre; a great local resource to try your hand (or legs) at track and BMX riding. This is open to anyone who wants to give it a go no matter what level of experience or ability you have. We enter all BUCS and local BC afiliated events. Throughout the year we organise weekend trips for road and MTB. A chance to get out of the city, forget about work, have a laugh and do some awesome riding. It's not all riding though, we have weekly socials and nightouts; plenty of opportunity to let your hair down. We welcome ANY new members, even if you're not at Uni, so if you know anyone who wants to JOIN IN THE FUN, bring them!

Had a busy ol weekend just before Easter in the club! Along with our usual track, road and MTB rides, we squeezed in a go on the and a session at too! Easter was a much needed break 🥵🥵
