Building on the success of of our 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 programmes, we are again offering a 8 week programme starting in June 2017 to help you get ready for Summer, get into running and improve your fitness. So donβt spend loads of money on gym fees come along to our sessions in Salford Quays
During the course, we aim to build your fitness up from a gentle walk/run session to achieve a 30 minute non stop run by the end of the 8 weeks. Each session will be based around the groups abilities and there will be plenty of help on hand to support and encourage you. This course is ideal if you have not run for years or cannot run 25 meters - You will be able to with ease in a matter of weeks.
This course is also perfect if you want to get fit, tone up, lose weight or make new friends. Each session will start with a gentle warm up then a jog/walk dependent on your current level followed by a cool down and question and answer feedback. Contact us for details
