I am trying to get my sessions online via Zoom but in the meantime why not go for a brisk walk in Alexandra Park on Fridays at 11.30 pm and see how many familiar faces you can see. I spotted 5 out walking last Friday.

Wow! 25 you amazing women turned up to dance and get fit on Friday, well done! If you want to be added to the WhatsApp group make sure I have your mobile phone number.
