Catch Wrestling is the blueprint behind our club style.

These two homegrown Jiu-Jitsu brown belts are comfortable from every position

• Standing
• Top
• Bottom

We don’t teach our Athletes to simply accept bottom position. The focus is on creating movement, hunting reversals, attacking submissions and getting back to the feet whenever possible.

That approach carries directly into MMA and Submission Grappling.

If you want to become a well-rounded grappler who can wrestle, control, escape and attack from anywhere, the training environment matters.

No one-dimensional Jiu-Jitsu.
No comfortable positions.
