I’ve been going to this Women’s Self Defence class on Fridays at St Andrews Hall, Longhurst Road, Blackley. 5:30-6:30pm. This class is absolutely brilliant, aimed at all abilities, it’s a good workout as well getting some brilliant tips to keep yourself safe. I can’t believe it’s FREE! Honestly you should try it. We practice how to get out of tricky situations and how to defend yourself in worst case scenario. I wish I’d have found out about this sooner. It’s a funded community class, get yourself down there!

Cannot wait to get back to our first Zoomocize class of 2024 tomorrow! Thanks to everyone who came to class last year and looking forward to seeing you all smash it this year.
