10 years ago today I started on my journey to being a Zumba Fitness instructor…

I was always the kid who did everything I could to get out of PE at school and now look.

When I think back to how close I came to quitting at the beginning, being told I wasn’t good enough by other instructors… it’s all 100% been worth it and I am so glad I stuck with it!

It sounds crazy but Zumba and the ZIN Community have seen me through so much over the last 10 years, from eating disorders and having my heart broken by yet another musician, to losing people close to me, Zumba has remained there, supporting me and giving me something positive to focus on, even at my darkest times.

I have also met some of my favourite people on the planet through this amazing regime (you know who you are) and had so many fantastic experiences!

Thank you so so much to every single person who has ever attended my classes over the years. It is because of YOU that I continue to teach and continue to love what I do. HERE’S TO ANOTHER 10!!

Hey guys! This morning I tested positive for Covid-19, unfortunately this means that tonight's class at George Carnall Community Leisure is now cancelled.

I'm working to try and find cover for tomorrow's class at Pure Gym Eccles.

Please keep your eyes peeled across my socials for further class updates! Hopefully I won't be out of action for long!
