SQUATFit Optimise the result of your effort during squatting. The result of this is a better presentation and reduced risk. A good squat is an injury free squat.

Via a biomechanical assessment we fit and adjust the body to ensure optimal presentation while, front, back, over and air squatting. SQUATFit has been designed to coach you to squat better and be more economical in your squat patterns. SQUATFit is performed in the Reebok Crossfit 3D gym facility based in Manchester. You will be asked to squat using different techniques whilst your body is analysed

. The eventual weak points will be identified and we make sure that the right muscles are turning on at the right times. Our objective is to optimise your effort during different types of squat. Its a shame to waste good time and effort getting better at a worse squat, just because your muscles are pulling at the wrong times and technique is poor. The most important element of the squat is the injury prevention side.

Rangan must discover why Kiki can't lose weight and come up with a solution quickly to keep school bullies at bay. Kiki's father, Mark, has chronic back pain and suffers from stress. A former athlete, he can barely move on some days and it is destroying his relationship with his son.

Had a lot of fun at the FRC seminar with Adam Shackell this last couple of days.

Dr Andreo Spina worded this better than I can, so here are some thoughts for you all: -

Your body got injured due to overloading the body by training with bad patterns / movement capability etc

When you come and get assessed and then follow the programme to address the issues you have, at the point you become PAIN FREE you are effectively only back to your NORMAL function.

Your NORMAL function wasn't able to cope with the demands of training before. People often stop their sessions with me at this point, thinking they are fixed, but their function still has a long way to go.

You need to IMPROVE your function. Improving your function will help you to perform better this is more important than doing that squat cycle with bad function.

As Phil Mansfield and I have said before: -

"Don't make a bad squat stronger make your squat better"

Replace squat with any sport, skill etc.

We need to train our bodies better.
