Did you realise that intense exercise as your only thing might not be net good, it needs accompanying practices!

We can't emphasise the muscles and forgot about the nervous system.

We can train both in balance. More mental clarity and healthier blood and bones.

An earlier day from the training last week where Simon touches on affecting the muscles round a joint in variations on pyramid pose parsvatonnasana.

The level of detail he conveys in āsana is beyond, and brings us into direct experience. To me, this is classical yoga in the context of embodied practices. Thank you for this week
