Hello Everyone

My name is Lisa , and I'm a personal trainer of 10 years ,who after 6 years of gym management is returning to my roots running my own business out of Brooklands health club and Siren Asylum Fitness

Ever since I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I've been totally committed to helping women overcome their fear of the gym and gain confidence and clarity in what they are doing to take care of themselves
It's so common that people struggle with confidence in the gym as they don’t know where to start, if they are doing an exercise correctly...or even if that's the right thing for them at all!
And I want to help.

I have space in my diary in May for 10 free 90 minute sessions .

Don’t worry, we won’t be working out for the whole time!
We will also spend time discussing your goals and making a plan for you to move forward with!

My Goal Aim Is:
-I want to help 10 people to get started in the gym with a structured plan so that they can go on to feel confident and knowledgeable about what they are doing and how to progress
-I want to educate you about how to train effectively for your goals
-And show you how to train with confidence and correct technique to avoid any unwanted injuries or inhibitions..
I’m looking for 10 people who
-Want to invest the next 3-6 months in becoming their happiest and healthiest selves
-Want to build a sustainable lifestyle change ,where they can reach their goals but still enjoy life
- Want to improve their self confidence in both body and mind .

I'm simply trying to promote awareness of my business in the local area by doing something for free for the community and if it's good, I hope you'll offer a review and perhaps tell your friends and family about me and course, if you'd like to hear more about my Personal Training services, all you have to do is ask

I got in into this industry to help people and this has got be one of most rewarding things to happen in my career Mandy put in the work and totally transformed her relationship with food and exercise and it paid off . The goal was always a big one , the aim was getting healthy to boost her fertility after years of trying for a baby . And then it happened .....🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

Did the thing ! . Officially a qualified pre and post natal PT 🙌🎉🍼

Finally got my Pre and post natal exam finished after it being cancelled due to lockdowns and then basically forgetting about it for 9 months 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️.

Buzzing that I got 90% on my Exam too after booking the next available date so only having a week revise 🤓

The journey to self love and self acceptance is a long road but one always worth taking 💕.

When you reach a level of self love and self acceptance that 18 year old you never believed would be possible.

And my main goal in my life and my work is to make others feel the same about themselves . It's not about being perfect , it's about appreciating yourself despite your mistakes .
