The reality is you want to change but you’re waiting for motivation
Motivation isn’t coming, and if it does it only lasts a while until everything gets hard again
I’ve been there, and trust me the pain of still being the same 12 months down the line hurts a lot more than doing the work now and finally fixing it.
Because that’s the bit most people avoid.
Not the gym.
�Not the food.
It’s facing the fact they’ve been stuck in the same cycle for years… and nothing changes unless they do
