🌹 FEBRUARY WELLNESS WALK 🌹

The first Wellness Walk of 2026 will be held on the 14th February, from 11.00am - 12.30pm at Heaton Park, Manchester.

February is the season of love, so it’s time to pour some love into your own cup and join a group of women to talk, walk & connect.

What you can expect:

🌳 A gentle walk through Heaton Park
💬 Open and honest conversations with likeminded women
🫶 Find new friendships & connect with others

I’m back from Ibiza after a gorgeous (but incredibly hectic) 5 days on the white isle 🌞

Honestly, just being in the sunshine literally gives me sooo much life! But I am looking forward to stepping into this new season and I hate to say it, but I am kinda looking forward to the cosy months 🍂🍁
