We’re incredibly proud that the centres and elite national venues that we operate on behalf of Manchester City Council play a part in supporting athletes on their journey from the next generation of talent to those competing at the highest level.

Behind every success is dedication, early mornings, tough sessions and countless hours of training and we’re incredibly proud to provide spaces where athletes can train, perform and push their limits.

Don't forget our venues are open to everybody to enjoy, whether you’re training for your first 5K, chasing a personal best or competing on the world stage.

Our Train with Shaunna Thompson session is complete!

The girls worked through the different stages of a Shotput throw before putting everything they had learned to the test at the end of the session

Pre-school gymnasts wanted!

In order to help facilitate a Gymnastics instructor course taking place, there are FREE taster sessions available this weekend at Moss Side Leisure Centre for children aged 3 to 5 years old.

Sessions available are:

Friday 14th August: 1.45pm or 3.30pm
Saturday 15th August: 1.15pm or 2.30pm

Location - Moss Side Leisure Centre, M15 5NN
No prior experience is required but your child's place needs to be pre-booked.

Please email your child's name, date of birth and any medical conditions that our instructors need to be aware of, to [email protected] and a member of the team will confirm your place.

Abdullah joined us a few months ago and has been a fantastic addition to the team. He initially started with us on a work placement, he quickly demonstrated a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

We had a fantastic time at our Open Day yesterday!

Coach Danny and Stride UK delivered a variety of run, jump, throw sessions for the children who attended. Everyone cooled down afterwards with an ice lolly 🍭
