There is no better way to end a hectic week than to spend time learning new skills, building strength and developing new goals each week!

The ladies tonight worked super hard and supported each other throughout the class. Always cheering on each other’s little successes along the way!

Our Adult class is back tomorrow evening to kick start another year of moving more, having fun and building friendships!

*Never danced before? Want to move more in 2026 whilst having fun?*

Do not worry! Our class is beginner friendly, supportive and based on your own goals.

*Retired dancer?*

Get back to your passion, find your inner dancer again - there is no better feeling! We practice both light and heavy dances whilst also having lots of fun completing team ceili’s!

Our adult ceili team became 🌟NORTHWEST REGIONAL CHAMPIONS🌟at the weekend!! Despite strong competition and lots of nervous energy at their first competition as a team they brought home the trophy! Well done ladies!!

Hi everyone.

I am writing this to say that we are unable to use the halls for dancing and have to cancel classes until the end of April due to covid-19. Therefore the grades are also cancelled.

I hope you all keep safe and I will see you soon.
