What if you hands could help your body heal?
Discover Jin Shin Jytsu — The Art of Balancing Life Energy
Jin Shin Jytsu is a gentle Japanese healing art that helps restore harmony within the body. By using the power of your hands on specific points you can release tension, reduce stress and support your body’s natural ability to heal
What does Jin Shin Jytsu mean?
JIN means: through the compassionate human being.
In Jin Shin Jyutsu, we understand the human being as made up of three inseparable parts: spirit, mind, and body.
One of the most common challenges in today’s society is that we tend to live almost entirely in our minds. Our highly rational culture often causes us to disconnect from our spirit. This disconnection begins from the moment we start interacting with the world, as we create our own “mental bubble,” largely driven by the left hemisphere of the brain. We begin to believe that we are in complete control and that we can avoid suffering.
From the perspective of Jin Shin Jyutsu, this separation from our true nature creates imbalance, which may eventually manifest as physical illness, emotional limitations, or a loss of vitality.
SHIN means: of the Creator and innate within us.
We say “through the Creator” because this healing wisdom already exists within each of us—it is not something we need to search for outside ourselves. Every person possesses this innate ability equally.
For this reason, Jin Shin Jyutsu teaches:
“There is no incurable disease; rather, there are people who limit their own healing.”
JYUTSU means: Art.
It is called an art, not a technique, because Jin Shin Jyutsu is not simply a set of methods to apply. It is a gentle, living practice that invites us to reconnect with the natural wisdom, harmony, and healing intelligence that already exists within us.
