Includes a range of martial arts skills (derived from Karate, Jujutsu, boxing, Escrima, Aikido and more) as well as practical tips of psychology, 'fight or flight', where you stand legally in self defence and situational awareness.
Our two main instructors each have 20+ years of teaching experience.
