Free Tai Chi in the Park Workshop
Celebrating World Tai Chi Day
Come along and join us!!

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day
Saturday 25th April
12pm to 2:30pm

Walton Park, Raglan Rd, Sale M33 4AW
Car Park on site.

Location:
Central of the train track on the grass area Inbetween the football pitch near the park and the canal.

Once you have parked up, cross over the road and walk on the path alongside the football pitch, you will find us on the left of the football pitch, there is an opening to the grass area.

Arrive upto 15 minutes early to read and sign waiver form to participate.
We will be starting at 12pm.
Resting lunch break at 1pm to 1:30pm
Bring a packed lunch and drinks to keep hydrated, a picnic blanket or camping chairs to rest your legs if you wish.
Continue 1:30 to 2:30pm

No booking is required, just turn up wearing loose comfortable clothing and trainer shoes.
