💥MEET THE TEAM💥

Hi everyone, I’m Glen and thank you for taking the time to stop and read this, its very much appreciated, and I know firsthand it's a massive achievement having the confidence to walk into a gym and follow your goals! So where do I start ……. I'm in my 40’s and have never felt better in my mind, body and soul. I'm driven to creating a safe space for everybody to train at all levels and all backgrounds. It’s not been an easy journey to get here, but it’s been worth it every step of the way. I have had to rebuild after major surgeries and injuries with a broken leg and a broken foot, and I had to rebuild from scratch with learning to walk again and building my strength back. I have always taken an interest in athletics as I use to run for Sale Harriers from a young age, but as you get older, we all make some bad decisions…. I knew I had to make some bug changes, and I can help you when it comes to building better choices and making sure I’m with you every step of the way to make sure you stay on track. With working with me its more than movement, its all about helping YOU shine , excel and carry the confidence into every part of your everyday life and being proud of who you are. A PT once changed my life …. Now I want to be a part of someone else journey. Hope to chat to you real soon , Glen.
