After 18 months without a training routine we’re finally back to it and creating content 💪🏽🎥

Been a mad, long journey switching careers to become a Tech consultant, but I’m finally in a place where I can spend more time working out instead of learning how to be a tech nerd 🧑🏽‍💻😂

Long way to go in terms of where I want to be fitness wise.. but the fun is all in the journey 📈

These photos are a year apart and there is about a 15kg weight increase. Obviously not all that increase is down to muscle growth and as a result of eating a lot I have put on body fat aswell.
It’s important to find the right balance when it comes to your diet so that you are not over-eating and putting on excess body fat that is just unnecessary.
