I want to give a huge SHOUTOUT to my client Janine, who is SMASHING her program like a BEAST π₯π₯π₯
Before joining the program, Janine struggled with:

βοΈ She is eating in a caloric deficit, having high protein content in each of her meals π
βοΈ She is eating foods that she enjoys and not saying βnoβ to family outings π₯
βοΈ She has got a set steps target for each week πΆπ½ββοΈ
βοΈ We went down to the root cause of her late night snacking and have been working on her bedtime routine to avoid snacking and get quality sleep π
