Pulse Training Studio , our brand new cardio & conditioning space based in Chorlton.
Pulse will operate as its own studio with its own session system, designed specifically for coached cardio, circuits and specialist classes.
It will run alongside our small group PT strength gym, and in some cases members may be able to use both, depending on their plan.
🔥 BURN
Our highest-intensity session.
Fast-paced, full-body cardio designed to push limits and maximise calorie burn – 500+ calories per session.
This is the most intense Pulse class.
⚡ CIRCUITS
A traditional circuits-style workout combining cardio and strength work.
High energy but more controlled than Burn, with a balance between conditioning and resistance exercises.
🥊 BOXXERCISE
Boxing-inspired cardio session using pads and bag work.
Great for fitness, stress relief and confidence.
👩 WOMEN’S ONLY BOXING
A female-only boxing session focused on fitness, technique and confidence in a comfortable environment.
💪 ACTIVE WOMEN
A women’s-only fitness session combining cardio, fitness and full-body strength work.
Designed to be challenging but supportive, in a comfortable and motivating environment.
🧒 JUNIOR GYM
Supervised fitness sessions for younger members, helping build strong habits through fun, structured training.
🧘 STRETCH
A lower-intensity session focused on mobility, flexibility and recovery.
Ideal for improving movement, reducing soreness and supporting overall training performance.
