Hello all!
I hope you’re well.
I have both good and bad news….I have been offered a new job! 🎉 I know I’d spoke to some of you about it…
The knock on effect of starting the new role that is that I’ll be stopping my classes with immediate effect 😔
It’s a full time role as a Principal Musical Theatre Lecturer at a performing arts university in Manchester. So much of the role is practical teaching that I think teaching in the evening as well is going to be a bit too much. At least for a while anyway. Maybe when I’m more in the swing of things in the future I’d consider starting them up again, but for now I’ll be stopping them.
Thank you all for being such fantastic dancers, I have LOVED teaching you all and getting to know you. 😁 Week on week you’ve come along and thrown yourselves into learning my, sometimes pretty challenging, choreography! You’ve gone for it and hopefully enjoyed yourselves along the way, I certainly have.
I’m hoping around Christmas time or New Year to have a catch up and maybe have a drink somewhere with whoever would like to join. (Details tbc nearer the time.)
Massive thanks again for letting me teach you and pass on my passion, I will be continuing to do so to the next generation of dancers at the uni! I’m so excited!!
