Hi everyone
For those who come to Parkfit the Saturday classes will now be at 9am and no longer at 6pm. This is so you can really set yourself up for the weekend and feel more vigorous for it. Tuesday and Thursday will still be at 6pm. And finally - all exercise sessions will be no longer than an hour. Give or take a minute or two, the session timings will be (which are inclusive of short rest times) are:
Stretching - 7 mins
Resistance workout with dumbbells - 20 mins
Abdominals - 10 mins
Cardio 20 mins
