For woman .... everything changes when you feel deeply connected to yourself!

If you feel lost, alone, abandoned, rejected, deflated, depressed, angry, sad, raged up, neglected, abused, happy, elated, loved, cared for or not! Your body, your vessel carries yourself! You’re true self!

You are deeply loved and held by this body! It will carry you to your death bed! Stop looking outside yourself for all that love!

It’s inside not outside!

Come and dance and meet yourself! Bring a mirror and let’s bring back your joy 🤩

When life comes, and people come, the covid, the government, the bills, the children and everything else wants a piece of you. When your mind is saying you should kill yourself! When your body is saying I am I’ll, I don’t want to move, when your emotions is saying I just am so scared I can’t anymore. Choose to dance 💃 Choose 30 minutes a day and dance with all of it.
