get experts on your sofa and stop leaning on celebrity culture to advise millions of people on how to improve their health when the advice is just completely false

a vodka soda is about 50kcal and a pint is at least 200kcal 😮

8 vodkas is enough to get you drunk and have a good night without it making a big impact on your calories

then you can still get great fat loss results without trading off fun social events 💃
