Today we’re celebrating one of our most consistent users, the brilliant Lucy Cliff!

1️⃣ Lucy took up CrossFit in 2024 and lifted a boggling 87,795kg, just over half the weight of a blue whale 🐋
2️⃣ Push-ups, pull-ups and jump-ups led the way for Lucy in 2024. 783 push-ups is a frightening prospect 😵
3️⃣ It wasn’t all CrossFit for Lucy, she more than doubled her time spent running compared to 2023 (despite wisely deciding that it’s just not fun going for runs in winter).
4️⃣ She also spent far more time walking in 2024 than 2023. Every. Step. Counts.

Next up in our series celebrating some of the incredible 2024s that our users had on nuumi, the wonderful Annie Flint Smith! She made great strides this year, and she’s a great example of how nuumi can help foster dedication in any sport, not just workouts.

1️⃣ 2024 was Annie’s most active year yet, spending nearly 50% more time exercising than in 2023 👏
2️⃣ Can you tell she started training for a half marathon in November?
3️⃣ An event can be such a great motivator. That dedication to running in the back end of 2024 is something else.
4️⃣ Start of the week = ‘it’s a fresh week, time to do some exercise’, end of week = ‘oh no 😲 I’ve got to exercise to hit my goal!’

This month we’re celebrating some of our most dedicated users, and the incredible years that they had on nuumi in 2024.
First up, is the mighty Oli Wardle 💪 His output in the gym is relentless and we’re in awe of his numbers 🤯
1️⃣ Oli consistently regularly lifted more than 250,000 kg per month in 2024. That’s 43 African elephants, every single month 🐘
2️⃣ Sunday really is the day of rest.
3️⃣ Mind boggling numbers on Oli’s top three exercises for the year.
4️⃣ From the first three charts, you might think that Oli’s all about the gym. Maybe you’re right, but he also found plenty of time for long walks that pushed his cardio-strength split to near-perfect balance.
