Physique update 🚀
Just over 6 weeks out till my photoshoot.
Weight has been fluctuating this week due to period and birthday events over the weekend which is completely normal.
Overall, I’m feeling the best I have ever felt.
This time round with cutting, I have a lot more energy.
Last time, I was training for the half marathon so my expenditure was naturally super high with all the running.
Cals were super low so I had no energy whatsoever.
This time round, I’m dropping body fat while eating a relatively high amount of food, strength training 5 times a week and hitting lots of cardio.
So I’m not complaining.
I am still making progress while enjoying my summer and making memories with friends and family.
Summer is always crazy for me so it’s good to have a balance with everything.
Excited to push even further for the next 6 weeks ❤️🔥🚀
