Naughty little finisher to the workout 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️🥵

Try single arm static lunges with a dumbbell and work up to overhead walking weighted lunges 👌🏼💪🏼

All round movement, using all sorts of muscles; quads, hamstrings, core, shoulders 🔥🔥🔥

Round 1: 15 reps of each exercise
Round 2: 12 reps
Round 3: 9 reps

HIIT 👊🏼💪🏼💥

▫️250 meter row
▫️10 chest to floor burpees
▫️10 ball slams (I used a 15kg ball)
▫️8 man makers (10kg dumbbells)
▫️10 single arm sn**ch (15kg dumbbell)
▫️20 kettlebell swings (24kg)

Give it a go for 3 rounds 🥵🥵

Full body home workout
No equipment needed 🏡💪🏼💥

Ideal for beginners and people with injuries or those that fancy a workout and don’t want anything too strenuous 🙂
Higher intense version of this coming ⏰👀

20-30 seconds each exercise depending on your current fitness. Work on building the time up 🙂Have a minutes rest after round 1 and go on to round 2.
Aim to complete both rounds 3-4 times.

Round 1:
1. Walk in mountain climbers
2. Static lunges
3. Kneeling press up
4. Walk out burpee (add a jump of you can)

Round 2:
5. Jumping Jacks
6. Plank (3 variations on this clip)
7. Squats
8. Walk in thrusters and snap jumps
