Well what an incredible week! Thank you to everyone for all your amazing comments on my Alix Jones page and this one. Truly humbled by all the love, positivity and community. I am deeply touched.

So here I am, to share with you my next Retreat, which is a Woodland Yoga and Relaxation Day Retreat, in gorgeous Little Dewchurch, with the opportunity to make it into a weekend if you so wish. Last spaces available, so hurry if keen to experience.

I was blessed to attend my first of these retreats last year. Beyond my awareness I had agreed to do so on the anniversary of my mums arrival into and departure from this earthly realm, which presented me with the most precious punctuation in my journey through the year that my heart remains full of gratitude for even now 💜

Alix holds her yoga spaces with such warmth, joy, and tenderness. From the moment you arrive, there’s a gentle invitation back into breath, body, and bone. Her guidance feels quietly meditative, unhurried, and deeply respectful, creating space for your own needs to surface and be lovingly tended to. I felt welcomed immediately, held with ease and kindness.

Becky’s yoga offering is both soothing and quietly enlivening. I leave her sessions feeling replenished, focused, and more awake in my senses, grounded, yet softly energised in a way that lingers long after the practice ends.

And Angie’s sound baths are truly cocooning. The sounds wash over you, calming and comforting the nervous system, creating a deep sense of safety and rest. Each experience feels like a gentle homecoming and much-needed reset.

Together, they create something truly nourishing. This retreat is held with care, integrity, and so much heart and I can’t recommend it enough 💜

What a year, I cannot express my heartfelt gratitude to my students who attend my Yoga classes, Meditation classes, Retreats and 121. Such great people that grace my doors over and over and keep.on coming through them. I always say this is not a job, my vocation which keeps me learning everyday. Thank you to all, have a lovely Solstice, return to the light! Happy Christmas and may 2026 be incredible for you💫💚🎁

My work is now complete for this year, we finished off with 2 Solstice Meditation and Sound Retreats at The Fold. Such an open hearted event, spacious, community connection, deep release, creativity and a little bit of magic! Thanks to you all.. Thank you for coming,what a way to end this year of work!
