SUNDAY STUFF THEY DON’T PUT ON THE YOGA POSTERS 🧘♀️
They say stillness brings clarity. I say: sometimes stillness brings a full to-do list, a cramp in your left glute, and an existential crisis about the snacks you didn’t meal prep.
But… if you sit with it long enough (or stand on your head, your call), something shifts. You start to hear the quieter voice underneath the noise, the one that’s not asking you to be more, hustle more, prove more.
It just whispers:
“You’re already enough. Now exhale.”
Yoga, Pilates, breathwork, sound baths....these are less about becoming something new and more about remembering who the hell you were before the world told you to rush and grind and mould yourself into a productivity robot.
I don’t teach these practices because they’re trendy. I teach them (and practice them, usually upside down) because they work. Not in a magic-fix-it-all kind of way, but in a slow, steady recalibration of your brain, body, and soul.
So if you’re into unlearning the hustle, finding your balance (even if it looks a bit wobbly), and creating a life where power and softness can co-exist, you’re in the right space.
Welcome to the Brain Body Soul. Where we train hard, feel deeply, rest fully, and sometimes cry during pigeon pose. No judgement here.
