Hello Friends,
I could have sent this ages ago, but didn't. My mistake.
Anyway, things always happen for a reason.

On the 8th of August( tomorrow, Thursday ) there’s a powerful Energetic Alignment on Earth.
It’s called the Lions Gate.
8/8 was the New Year for the ancient Egyptions. To go into why is too complicated.... suffice to say it was to do with Cosmological reasons.

In Shamanic terms, it’s a good time to focus on the GOOD that you desire in your life- from more peace in yourself to world peace or to deeper love in your life etc.

Regarding the potency of this period, no need to believe me or the short video-tune in to your instincts.

However be aware that we have been programmed by our ‘education’ and media to ignore our instincts and believe in ‘science’.
Science is mostly driven by Pharmaceuticals that are more motivated by profit than your health!

In all my classes, Biodanza, Tai Chi, Qigong I use connection with the navel area to reconnect you with your gut instincts- use them wisely!
Your gut feelings are a better way to live, certainly than following what the media tells us!
As you know I also help you focus your thoughts, to quieten them.

I am inviting you to a small gathering at 7.30pm tomorrow, Thursday, at the Fold Bransford (near Worcester) rear car park. We will walk to the nearby lake and do a small ceremony to clear stuckness in your life and also to visualise what you want, need in your life.

Hello Friends,
Hope you're well inspite of the very powerful Solar flares that have been around recently (especially March 24th).

As our Heart, Brain, in fact all our cells function on microelectric currents, Solar flares, being powerfully
electro-magnetic have an effect on us. Those who are more sensitive will feel those effects. Others will be affected as well, but may not know why they're feeling out of sorts.
Today, Monday 8th April at 19.17 (7.17pm) for about 5 minutes there will be a total eclipse of the Sun (Mexico/Texas way).
Shamans and Mystics have been saying that this event will be as powerful as the Harmonic Convergence of 1987 and will trigger a huge wave of greater Harmony on Earth.

Those of you fed up with the corruption of the current world, with wars etc created for ulterior motives will look forward to a much more peaceful, joyful, loving world. Yet, if you were to believe the media, with their constant negative spin, this would seem impossible.

There is a world-wide movement (see the website below for countries) encouraging us to Hum for the time of the total eclipse (about 5 minutes), to bring Humanity together and unite . What does hum mean you may ask!
Well the well known one is AUM (or Om). However just a Mmmmmm, Ahhh, Oooohh sounds are all creating a vibration to raise the Consciousness on Earth.
