There’s a heat wave on the horizon so now is a good time to talk about 💦 HYDRATION 💦

We have a rare opportunity for a confident, energetic and professional Personal Trainer to join our team at Forte in Malton.

You’ll be delivering high-quality personal training sessions to small groups in a boutique studio, supporting clients in achieving their fitness goals, contributing to a positive and energetic training environment.

You’ll need to have:
    •    Level 3 Personal Training diploma (or willing to work towards it)
    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    •    A reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
    •    A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

We’ve designed a Reformer Pilates class specifically for Padel players every Tuesday 6:10 am starting on 17/3/26.
The 50 minute class will take into consideration the elements of play and delivering injury prevention. Maximum of 4 people means we can cater to individual needs and form correct.
