9:15-10:15am
5:30-6:30pm
Saturday 8:00am-9:00am
A social class with a strength focus which differs each day. The 6 day workout rotation covers movement as their main focus as follows: squats, horizontal push/pull, fullbody, deadlifts and finally vertical push/pull.
Each session has proper warm up and complimentary accessories and sometimes circuits.
The classes are fully scalable so appropriate for all ages and abilities
