Just to let everyone know our last session before Christmas will be the 16th December and we will starting again on the 13th January. We hope everyone has a lovely Christmas and hopefully we see some new faces at the club in the New Year.

Congratulations to tomaz and poppy on successfully completing their grading today. 1st Kyu for Tomaz and despite a nasty knee injury poppy gained her 3rd kyu and a Brown belt . Great work guys and well done from the MMA sensei’s

Just to let everyone know Grading will now be on the 9th of August but all the other information will stay the same.

Quick update on training, The Ruddle centre is still undergoing works so we won’t be back training until 28th of January. Hope to see you all soon

Christmas is almost upon us, and we are now taking a short break until 21st January 25. This is due to the Ruddle centre having refurbishment works. As such we will return to training on 21st January
