New Core & Stretch at The Lion (function room) Thursday 19.00
A 45 minute class designed to improve flexibility, lengthen muscles as well as get the core activated and working better. Suitable for all abilities.
Booking essential. Providing there is enough interest classes should start 09.03.23.

Looking forward to September and launching a new timetable. I have a few new classes added including a level 1 class for new starters on a Wednesday.
