Another fantastic Pilates and Padel today Quik Padel. We had a lovely group of people - some of which may have caught the padel bug 🎾🧘‍♀️🫶. 2 more sessions to follow in July, 14th and 30th. Both 1-3 again. Message to book on.

I am teaming up with Quik Padel in Whitchurch to hold a few Pilates and Padel events. The first one on the 9th of June is full but we still have 4 spaces left for Tuesday 16th. It’s from 1-3pm and the cost is £20. Start the afternoon with some stretching and core, followed by a coached padel session and a few stretches at the end. It’s going to be a fun social event suitable for all. If you would like to reserve a place, let me know asap 🎾🧘‍♀️☕️

Anyone for Pilates & Padel? Would you be interested in a fun afternoon event near Whitchurch? Come and do a Pilates class and then try padel with a coach on hand to explain the basics and point you in the direction. This is a chance to do some core work with me and then have some fun with fastest growing sports, padel.

TUESDAY 6th JANUARY 2026 - CLASSES CANCELLED
It looks beautiful - but given it’s snowing again this morning and the roads and pavements were already icy I feel it’s not worth risking journeys that aren’t necessary.
Hopefully things will thaw out a bit for tomorrow. I will run an extra class or maybe 2 on Friday. If you would like to come to a class on either Thursday or Friday instead please let me know.
