With temperatures expected to hit 30°C+ this week. A reminder to train smart.
A few points from us regarding training in this heat
✅ Start hydrating now, not just before your session
✅ Bring a water bottle and sip regularly
✅ Bring a sweat towel to every session
✅ Reduce pace and intensity where needed
✅ Wear light, breathable clothing
✅ Take extra rest when required
✅ Listen to your body
There is absolutely nothing wrong with scaling back your training in extreme heat. Consistency and safety always come first.
