🍁Autumn Equinox Sound Bath at The New Three Cups Inn Malmesbury next Wednesday 16th Sept🍁

Starting to feel a little bit cosy again after the long Summer we've had? ☀️

Next Wednesday evening, 7:30-8:30pm, I am holding a sound bath up in the Hayloft.

Come to find a moment to pause.
Where there is nothing to do other than rest and receive the wonderful sounds of crystal singing bowls, the voice and other sound healing instruments.

No experience is needed, just bring what you need to be comfy!

These run monthly, so the next one will be on the 14th October if you can't make that date!

🌕Womens Drumming circle in Avebury on the 12th Sept🌕

Join for a morning to gather and connect to the beautiful power of the drum around the new moon in Virgo, a wonderfully grounded and practical sign to help us plan for the rest of the year. An opportunity to pause and find gratitude for all that has (or hasn't!) happened across the Summer, and to set intentions as we head towards our ‘routines’ again.

Throughout our circle, we will move through meditation, drumming, singing and sharing.

Come gather with us this Autumn in the Hayloft, whether that’s to bring in some movement through yoga, to rest and reset with a sound bath or to join in community to create sound through a drumming circle!

Finding inspiration of the seasons and cycles, each class/session takes on a different theme. Moving our way through the transitional season of Autumn.

September gatherings to help us transition into Autumn🍂

September can be a bit of a mixed bag- partly a welcome nostalgic shift back into routine, but can also be a bit sad to let go of the excitement (or chaos!) of Summer. As the seasons shifts and changes towards Autumn, it can be lovely opportunity to check in with what we would like to take with us, and anything we’d like to leave behind.

As you head towards ‘normality’ (or not!) this month, I have a few different events coming up and it would be lovely to have you there.

Some exciting bits coming up:
🍁 I’ll be at Spiritual Devizes Fayre on Sunday 20th September holding a couple of 1 hour drumming circles, spaces are just £10 (and you can wander round and get tempted by all the lovely stalls too!)
🌕 “The Rhythm of Mabon” event with the lovely Candie on the 27th September, a mix of sound, song, movement, drumming all in celebration of the Autumn Equinox
🍁 I have just started a 9:45am yoga class in Stroud on Fridays, all welcome 🤗

N.b. I am currently away in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 for a week or so, my yoga classes will be covered 1st week of Sept and I’ll be back teaching on the 8th!

Did you manage to see the eclipse this morning?
Maybe you weren’t as crazy as us getting up in the middle of the night 😅
It was so amazing and mystical, seeing the suns red rays gently illuminating the moons surface. (Though it looked a bit more brown in real life)

I write this en route up to Scotland as we head for a week or so exploring 🚐 not in lovely Carlos pictured above (the pic is from Portugal a couple years ago). This time we have “power assisted steering”, how fancy!
So things may be a bit quiet on here.

Whilst I’m away, my yoga classes will be covered by some lovely fellow teachers.

I’ll be back teaching on the 8th Sept.

A song from my heart to yours, as we head towards this weeks full moon and lunar eclipse 🌕💚

How many “need”s do you find yourself with?

When this song came through, I was feeling super bogged down with all the “need”s & “should”s, especially in terms of trying to be a people pleaser & wanting to make everyone happy. I realised how much it was weighing me down, and so I really felt like I just needed to release to bring some joy, fun and lightness back in!

This song makes me smile, just having a bit of fun with it, because I don’t NEED to “please” anyone!

As we approach this weeks full moon and lunar eclipse, I feel that there will be a lot around releasing any old patterns and beliefs that are weighing us down.
