With everything going on around us we have taken the hard decision to cancel Abbey Skate 2022. We're sorry for any disappointment, we are very sad not to run it.
We are looking ahead though and hope to run a restriction free Abbey Skate 2023!

Youth of Malmesbury every year at Skate we see your energy, passion, creativity, perseverance and joy. You are amazing - it's been a very tough year for you all but we know because we see it every year at Skate how amazing you are.

You fall off, get knocked down but your back up on your feet trying again and again until you get it. This past year has knocked you down but we know you will keep rising and getting back up.

We are sad not to be celebrating our 13th Abbey Skate at the moment but so grateful for all the memories from the past 12 and both hopeful and excited for all the Abbey Skates that are to come.

The Abbey church family is reflecting at the moment about how it supports and encourages young people. We would really value the feedback of children and youth (those of primary and secondary school age) from Malmesbury and the surrounding area and we have put together a short survey (10mins) to help us with that. If you are of secondary school age we would value your input. If you are a parent /carer of someone at primary or secondary school please can you pass this link on to the young people in your care as we would really value their input in the survey.
