So, so many benefits in getting & staying
Fit and active.

Itโ€™s not enough to say, โ€œI used to run a certain 5K time,โ€ or โ€œTen years ago I could lift this much weight,โ€ or โ€œI used to do that many push-ups.โ€
The only fitness that matters is the fitness you have today.
What have you done this month, this Year?

Quiet,โ˜€๏ธ early morning run ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ through Chippen Campden, Cotswolds.
This morning was a 6km Interval run. What was good about this one, was it was nearly all entirely flat.
Not used to flat running in & around Malmesbury, itโ€™s always either hilly or rolling, undulating country roads ๐Ÿคช

So peaceful & serene @ 6am

We visited Broadway yesterday & had a lovely stroll through the market town exploring the many boutique shops, cafes, toy shops, chocolate/ sweet shops, the Cotswold Gin & Whiskey shop & the Man Cave shop with awesome motoring memorabilia- (e.g. Michael Schumacherโ€™signedโ€™ helmet, gloves & boots - which go to auction later this year) Happy memories, weโ€™ve had a great time. โ˜บ๏ธ

With long, gentle stretches and a quiet pace, Yin Yoga helps to ease tension, improve mobility, and support recovery from the demands of both daily life and regular exercise.

These are structured workouts focused on building strength, endurance, stability, and overall athletic performance. Sessions typically combine resistance training (weights or bodyweight), functional movements, and conditioning exercises to improve how your body moves, performs, and resists injury.

Our Yin Yoga Classes:

Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice that targets the deeper connective tissues. Ligaments, tendons, fascia, and joints rather than just muscles. Poses are held for longer periods (typically 3-5 minutes) with relaxed effort, allowing the body to release tension while encouraging stillness and mindful breathing. ๐Ÿซถ
