Tollesbury Sailing Club One of the friendliest sailing clubs on the east coast, situated in the little village of Tollesbury

We are quite an informal club located in a little sleepy village called Tollesbury, quite close to the River Blackwater in Essex, England. Our Dinghy, Cruiser and Cadet fleets have active sailing programs, which include many race series and associated social events. The main sailing areas for the Dinghies are the sheltered waters of the Tollesbury Fleet, and for the more adventurous, the Blackwater Estuary. Being on the East coast, the Cruisers are spoilt for choice – whether racing or cruising there are many places to visit, near and far. The Club also maintains its links with Tollesbury’s sailing past with its annual Smack and Classic Boat Race.

We had 8 wonderful contestants enter their homemade sloe gin creations, and a great evening was enjoyed by all with plenty of tasting, conversation and good cheer.

New Secretary Position
Join Our Committee as Secretary!

Another exciting opportunity is available at Tollesbury Sailing Club! We are on the lookout for a new volunteer to join the Committee and step into this vital role starting at our Annual General Meeting in December.

After a number of fulfilling years, our current Secretary is looking to step down due to work commitments, and we are therefore looking for someone new.
