Another day full of SUP Yoga and Intros at Leybourne - and what a brilliant one! The sun was hot (but it's easy to cool down on the lake!)

It was a super windy day at Leybourne, "super" being the main word there! We adapted the SUP Yoga, but everybody still did brilliantly, and we fought hard in the intro session to get over to the wind shadow on the far side of the lake.
Brilliant day all round! Thanks to everybody who joined me (and to the awesome team at Leybourne!) 🙏🏼

Just like that, it's May again and I can't wait to welcome you back to this beautiful floating studio for SUP Yoga and onto the lake for Intro to Paddleboarding Lessons.

Dates for your diaries:
Sundays 24th May, 28th June, 12th July and 9th August!

SUP Yoga at 12noon and
Intro to SUP at 2pm

All at Leybourne Lake and bookable 14 days in advance via their website:

Plus a bonus private session available on each of those dates at 4pm if you fancy anything more bespoke (SUP Yoga/Meditation/Pilates/Progression/Blue Therapy)

A belated Merry Christmas everybody! Hope you found some magic, whatever the big day looked like for you.

Mine involved a wonderful (and chilly) paddle with my brother for Boxing Day afternoon, mainly spent getting very excited about the number of kingfisher sightings we had!

Wishing you a very Happy New Year too, hope it's full of adventure, health and happiness ☺️
