Pilates fills my cup, but she fills my whole heart.

I don’t share much of my personal life… but here’s a little glimpse of what truly makes me happiest.

Moving beside my daughter is the best feeling. Watching her dance, copy, create, and just be herself makes every moment sweeter. She’s my biggest cheerleader and the soul of this journey.

If you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates, or you’re craving a gentle return to the fundamentals, our 5‑week Beginner Reformer Course is the perfect place to begin.

This programme is designed to help you feel confident, supported and at home on the Reformer. Across the five weeks, we move at a steady, thoughtful pace — breaking everything down step by step so you can build strength, awareness and trust in your body.

What we’ll explore together

Over the course, you’ll learn:

• How to set up your springs and equipment with ease
• Safe alignment and mindful movement patterns
• Breathwork that supports your core and nervous system
• Foundational Reformer exercises that create strength, length and stability

Each week gently builds on the last, giving you time to absorb the principles of Pilates and feel real progress in your body. Expect clear guidance, hands‑on support, and that delicious full‑body burn — without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

A community you can grow with

You’ll be learning alongside others who are starting from the same place, creating a warm, encouraging environment where questions are welcome and every win is celebrated.

No experience needed

Just bring your curiosity and commit to the five weeks. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to move into our regular Reformer classes with ease.

In the midst of guiding others, it’s easy to forget our own journey.

Stepping onto the Reformer is my version of that first sip of coffee in the morning (or those that know me, my Matcha) —a ritual that grounds me.

It’s my space to flow, explore, and grow, reclaiming that personal rhythm. With each inhale and exhale, this self-practice brings clarity to my mental and physical well-being, and every time I flow, I return that energy back to our studio community.
