We all needed the happy vibes today 🎶!! Laughs, love, mums and movement!!

It was SO nice to be back at class today after a couple of weeks off !!! 😍😍

I know it can feel hard to leave the house sometimes when we’re drowning in to-do lists and mumlife 🤪…

BUT when you’re here you realise it was that huge boost you didn’t know you needed 🩷🤗

Last class of the 6 week block this week 😭✨💪! Us mums have really NEEDED our Friday morning boost recently…!!

DON’T MISS - two FUN half term classes are coming up on 24th and 31st 🎃!! These will be out on the tennis courts UNDERCOVER !

Remember you can come along with OR without your children and we have a mix of both !

THEN the final block of 2025 will be 7th Nov - 12th Dec 🎅!.. I’ll totally be bringing the festive vibes to these omg what a unmissable time 😅🎄🎶!!!

HALF TERM is booking up with a little something DIFFERENT…🙌🎾👻💪

What happens when you mix my upbeat mummy class, tennis coaching for over 3 yr olds plus a some Halloween madness??!!! 🤣

🤩 OMG! I’ve only gone and teamed up with the incredible Maidstone Tennis Academy 🎉🎉

As you know when SCHOOL’S OUT - we have loads of older children at our class 😍

So this OCTOBER HALF TERM the coaches are offering tennis coaching to kids (over 3) alongside us on the tennis courts. We will be undercover too 🙌 So they can learn some ball skills and we can have some workout fun 💪😅
