BACK THIS WEEK! Sunday Community Runs – Marden

Join us for a FREE 5K around the village — no sign-up needed, just turn up and run (or walk!). Everyone’s welcome, from first-timers to seasoned runners.

Cross the finish line and enjoy a FREE tea or coffee at the Post Office Café!

Great work from the team tonight, getting through 2 x 15-minute progression runs around the village.

Pacing was on point, and everyone put in solid effort from start to finish. These sessions are all about control, focus and building strength.
