With summer approaching and routines shifting, now can be a great time to prioritise your own health and wellbeing again.

These classes are designed especially for pregnant and postnatal mums who want to move their bodies again in a safe, supportive environment.
Mums in Motion is a gentle, supportive fitness class designed to help you:

⨠Support your core and pelvic floor
⨠Move at your own pace â with options and rest
⨠Feel more confident in your body again
⨠Babies are very welcome â they can come along, feed, nap, wriggle or watch while you move
Thereâs no expectation to be âfitâ.
No rushing recovery.
And no pressure to do more than feels right for you.

Suitable for all trimesters (as long as youâve not been advised against exercise)

đˇ Price: First session is FREE then ÂŁ8 per session or ÂŁ7 per session (when you buy a 6 session package â sessions donât need to be taken consecutively).
