Friendly notice: Remember to respect other members in the gym ❗️

we welcome members of all age (14+ accompanied with an adult or 16 and over) and more elderly members. We also welcome all genders of all strengths, heights, experience and disabilities.

Remember that just because you can lift it - doesn’t mean the next member can. Would you like to see a member struggle and injure themselves, or nervous to use a machine because of the plates you left behind?

We didn’t think so 🤍

leaving plates like this will result in members being suspended or even cancelled - which we obviously want to avoid. We love our members so please respect one another in this space that is our truGym family club 🙏🏽
