A couple of weekends ago Richard Brazier took on the Brighton Olympic Distance Triathlon. High winds meant a cancellation of the swim and a change of format to run bike run. Richard coped admirably with the change to put in an absolutely fantastic performance to win his age category with a time faster than the age category below.

This result is testament to the hard work and dedication that Richard puts into his training.

A couple of weekends ago Richard took on the
Half Aqua Bike at the TriBourne Festival of Endurance held in Eastbourne.

Richard battled a tough swim with two loops in very big swell and current. The Cycle presented a tough challenge with the route taking in East Sussex and a climb over Beachy Head at 85km. Congratulations to Richard for putting in a fantastic performance in tough conditions.

Recently Richard Brazier took part in the IM Venice-Jesolo 70.3 Triathlon. Richard has worked hard over the winter so it was fantastic to see Richard put in a storming performance with a solid swim and run and a blistering bike split. Richard finished in an absolutely fantastic 5hrs 26 mins. Congratulations Richard!

It’s a massive well done to Richard Brazier who took part in last weeks Eton Dorney standard Duathlon. Following on from his heroics at Ironman Barcelona, Steve Leeson took on the New York Marathon. The stretch goal was to complete in close to 4 hours so it was absolutely fantastic to see Steve smash this target and execute the race plan to perfection finishing in a fantastic time of 3 hrs 56 mins. A few weekends ago Steve Leeson took on Ironman Barcelona. Steve is very consistent with his training so it was fantastic to see him nail his race plan and have a strong swim, amazing bike and solid Run to finish in absolutely fantastic PB time of 11hrs 36 mins. This was particularly impressive as Steve lost a significant portion of his nutrition on the bike leg due the road conditions.

Last week Sam Mitchell took on Ironman Italy Emilia-Romagna. This was Sam’s first Ironman and it was fantastic to see Sam put in a strong performance across the board. Sam had a strong swim, Bike and Run to complete the race in a fantastic time. Sam you are an Ironman!

It’s also a massive congratulations to Steve Leeson who recently took on the L’E Tape Du Tour De France Nice > Col De La Couillole widely considered to be one of the toughest stages in recent years in terms of elevation.
