A massive congratulations to Steve Leeson who a couple of weekends ago took on his 6th etape. Steve finished in 9 hours 10 minutes on an epic course that was 170km and encompassed 5300 of climbing. It was Stage 20 of this year's tour de france 🇫🇷. 16000 riders started, 13000 finishers. Steve is an absolutely fantastic athlete and fully deserves the results he gets.

A few weekends ago Richard Brazer took on the epic challenge of Ironman Austria 🇦🇹. Richard has been very consistent in his training so it was fantastic to see all the hard work pay off with fantastic time of 13hrs 44 mins.

A great achievement in Richard’s first Ironman.

Last weekend Steve Leeson took on Ironman 70.3 Warsaw with a strong performance across the board to finish in a fantastic time of 5hr40mins. Congratulations Steve!

Well done to Richard Brazier who took on the Worthing 10k and put in a fantastic performance. Richard faced a windy headwind for first 5km but but managed to finish sub 50 and 11th in age group.

A few weekends ago Richard Brazier took on Ironman 70.3 Venice-Jesolo. Richard put in a strong consistent performance across the board to finish with a very good time. Richard is aiming at a longer distance event this year so it was fantastic to see such a good performance.

In an over due update it is a massive well done to Richard Brazier who put in a very strong performance acrosss the board to close out the season at Ironman Cascais. The performance is testimony to the hard work and consistency that Richard displays in his training.

A couple of weekends ago Richard Brazier took on the Brighton Olympic Distance Triathlon. High winds meant a cancellation of the swim and a change of format to run bike run. Richard coped admirably with the change to put in an absolutely fantastic performance to win his age category with a time faster than the age category below.

This result is testament to the hard work and dedication that Richard puts into his training.

A couple of weekends ago Richard took on the
Half Aqua Bike at the TriBourne Festival of Endurance held in Eastbourne.

Richard battled a tough swim with two loops in very big swell and current. The Cycle presented a tough challenge with the route taking in East Sussex and a climb over Beachy Head at 85km. Congratulations to Richard for putting in a fantastic performance in tough conditions.

Recently Richard Brazier took part in the IM Venice-Jesolo 70.3 Triathlon. Richard has worked hard over the winter so it was fantastic to see Richard put in a storming performance with a solid swim and run and a blistering bike split. Richard finished in an absolutely fantastic 5hrs 26 mins. Congratulations Richard!

A couple of weekends ago Richard Brazier took on the Brighton Half executing the race plan to perfection. Congratulations to Richard for putting in a fantastic performance finishing in 1 hr 50mins.
