I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the link between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and to give you practical tools to create real, lasting change.
For a lot of people, reaching out feels difficult. It can seem self‑indulgent. You might tell yourself others have it worse, or worry you’re “not struggling enough” to justify therapy. Sometimes the cost feels like another barrier.
But the truth is simple: there’s no threshold you have to hit before you’re allowed support. If something is affecting how you feel day to day, that’s reason enough to seek help. Your wellbeing matters, and you deserve a space where you can talk, breathe, and begin to feel lighter.
At TTIMB, I offer confidential, professional therapy at £55 per session. I recognise that financial circumstances vary, so for a limited time I’m also able to offer two reduced‑fee options at £40 or £30 per session — simply choose whichever rate is most affordable for you.
To support transparency, I include an honesty‑based fee option on the intake form, allowing you to select the rate that genuinely reflects your current situation.
Sessions are available in person in Maidstone, Kent, or online via Zoom. Following an initial assessment, therapy continues for as long as it’s helpful.
