A different kind of Cat Stretch!

Meet Cat one of our instructors. She teaches on Mondays at 5:30pm, Wednesday 9am and Friday at 9:30am.

Cat has taught with us for some years now and we are so lucky to have her amazing teaching.

Cat is also currently training in Somatic Movement Therapy (a gentle way of moving the body and connecting the mind) on top of her training for both mat and studio equipment. Along side this Cat is now assisting in training the next generation of Pilates Instructors. She really is a busy 🐝

The level of experience and knowledge Cat has allows her to provide a wide variety of exercise making it

It was fantastic receiving this message from one of our new client’s who went to Andrea’s 8:15pm class on Thursday.

Why not come and try it for yourself?

The Thursday 8:15pm class is an excellent wind down-helping you to stretch and lengthen.

Like this client who had been out (and really felt the benefit of the class!) maybe you have done a lot of one type of exercise or it may just be that you are feeling stiff and in need of gentle movement. If that’s the case this is the class for you!

Pilates is often seen as just for women. That really is NOT the case, take it from David!

Pilates was started by Joseph Pilates to help him improve and manage his own health. He noticed such a huge benefit with his own exercises that he began to teach others and so Pilates was born 🙌🏻

We are so very pleased to announce that Suzie Steward will be taking our classes in Maidstone on Tuesday afternoons and evenings. We have spaces available for all abilities.

Suzie brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous career as a radiographer. Suzie enjoys the challenge of helping the individual reach their full physical potential.

Classes are kept small to insure you get as much as possible from your session.

It’s the Easter holidays for us at the moment but we are back in 2 weeks.

Starting on the 23rd of April we have a couple of spaces available in our classes on Tuesday afternoons and evenings.
